 Company Profile:-

“AS computer and cyber cafe “It was establish in 2006 by

Abdul kalam. It is located in Kalbhor Nagar, Chinchwad. It is
well known cyber cafe it provides different type of services
browsing, printing, scanning .It is big shop it has about 10-20 pc
and configuration of cyber is latest . Internet can be used safely.
Any one can go to cafe for web browsing scanning
searching printing and playing games. They must have own id. It
follows India government cyber act law. The speed of internet is
very high and it is fully air-conditioner cyber cafe and they help to
new user for using internet.
 Introduction of System:-

We are working on a project for the CYBER CAFE

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. It helpful in emergency situation for
information exchange, and have always been used as places to read
the paper, send postcards home, play traditional or electronic
games, chat to friends, find out local information.
They want to be the system computerized so that
we should make all the activity computerized for their better
convenience.

 Scope of System:-

1. As existing system is manual and time consuming the

computerized system will reduce it.
2. High accuracy would be achieved with the help of the
system.
3. System will produce different reports, which will give total
accurate information of computer users.
4. This system is better to processing the data for achieving
accuracy & speed in operation.
5. Calculation & changes or editing can be made very easily.
6. Help to maintain the record of customers details.
 Purpose of System:-

1. The main purpose of the system , it's service is the

provision of internet access to the public.
2. A variation on the cyber café business module is the
LAN gaming center, used for multiplayer gaming.
3. Offers high-speed Internet access, printing and faxing.
4. Producing the various types of records.
5. Maintain a database of customer.

 Design Tool:-Smart draw/E R Draw.

 Front End: - Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0

(It is event driven programming language)
