Within 8 hours of Clinical Focus Rotation on Infectious, Inflammatory

and Immunologic Diseases Case Management, I will be able to:

1. Utilize caring and critical thinking to evaluate therapeutic

interventions virtually.

2. Provide patient with the information needed to make choices

regarding health virtually.

3. Implement individualized plan of care to assist patient to meet

physical and mental health needs virtually.

4. Evaluate and clarify patient’s understanding of health teachings

virtually.

5. Practice nursing in a caring, nonjudgmental, nondiscriminatory

manner.
