WEEK 1 DAY 3 DAILY OBJECTIVES
After 5 hours of Psychiatric Nursing Clinical Exposure, I will be able to:
1. Demonstrate competence in assessment/data collection while reading the patient's chart and
understand the patient's care process, medical history and current health status.

2. Use an interviewing style that is empathic when going through the patient's feelings and
experiences.

3. Participate in today's program and therapy prepared by our group.

4. Gain knowledge on how to handle the patient and how to expand the patient's answers to the
questions.

5. Adhere to the URIAN core values and show a pleasing and professional attitude throughout
the rotation.
