Knowledge:
1. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum, including concepts,
learning outcomes and assessment criteria.
2. Apply relevant educational theories and principles to design and deliver effective clinical
instruction.
3. Understand the structure and functioning of healthcare systems, including roles of various
healthcare professionals and organizations.
4. Understand relevant educational theories and principles to facilitate effective teaching
and learning experiences.
5. Familiarize oneself with established guidelines for clinical instruction.
Skills:
1. Perform clinical procedures with technical proficiency, adhering to safety guidelines and
best practices.
2. Demonstrate effective communication skills in patient interactions, inter-professional
collaborations, and documentation.
3. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in clinical decision-making, adapting
to diverse patient needs.
4. Master the skill of demonstrating clinical procedures, ensuring accurate comprehension
and application by students.
5. Implement fair and constructive assessment methods, providing timely and meaningful
feedback to facilitate student learning.
