K EY D ELIVERABLES A CROSS C AREER S PAN


 Successfully developed Security Cooperation (SC) country plans for Finland and Sweden and led 22 international
military cooperation projects with these two countries, as well as effectively developed more trilateral defense
exercise participation between USA, Finland, and Sweden.
 Effectively designed and implemented visual displays of quantitative information and systems depictions.
 Participated in USEUCOM SC methodology working group implementing AM&E, supervised efforts to increase
military mobility in Nordic region, and generated USEUCOM policy on coordination with Finland and Sweden.
 Supervised the efforts of 14 disparately located agencies in execution of over 80 engagement events including
high-level conferences and multilateral exercises.
 Developed solutions for data-visualization of SC plans to include better methods of Assessment, Monitoring and
Evaluation (AME) in support of new SC requirements from NDAA 17.
 Oversaw 38 SC projects for Caucasus region, worth more than $40,000,000 in defense expenditures, as well as
supervised 18 disparately located agencies, while executing more than 250 engagement events ranging from
international defense and disaster preparedness exercises to key leader engagements and defense institution
training sessions.
 Incorporated NATO partnership goals into country planning and reviewed annual action and progress reports.
 Prepared and executed Georgia Defense Readiness Program that provided tactical level training to Georgian
Armed Forces in response to defense institution reforms.
 Dealt with civil emergency response development in Armenia that resulted in the delivery of more than $200,000
in emergency response equipment, renovation of a firehouse, and creation of a public notification system.
 Wrote over 20 position/information papers on latest events and political activity in Caucasus nations.
 Organized four senior level visits to Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, as well as participated in Black Sea Security
Symposium in Tbilisi, Georgia.
 Efficiently coordinated the acquisition of 24 military vehicles to support U.S. Marine Corps training of Georgian
Land forces for operations in Afghanistan.
 Analyzed 664 military objectives and plans to accomplish them in 43 countries in USEUCOM.
 Spearheaded the development of two Joint Knowledge Online courses on the USEUCOM strategic planning
methodology which included creation of test material, scripts, storyboarding and illustration.
 Led 30 plus volunteers in fundraising efforts for Zumwalt Navy Ball committee, wherein the fundraisers included
food sales, merchandise sales, and golf tournaments.
 Negotiated and organized meetings with Japanese government officials, military leaders, business leaders and
academics, as well as utilized military airspace with Japanese Government's Military Defense Bureau.
 Successfully gave more than 100 presentations on the USA-Japan alliance, the US Navy and Yokosuka Naval
Station to Japanese government officials, US government officials, Japanese and U.S. academics.
 Effectively served as a contingency planner and led emergency operations, including volcanic eruptions and North
Korean missile activity.
 Designated Surveillance and Tracking Operations (SURTOPS) Watch Officer in November 2004.
 Lead nine bi-national, tri-service IUSS teams during a four-nation anti-submarine warfare prosecution of threat
submarines combined with JMF’s operational effort during Exercise Sharkhunt ’04.
