    Dear Abby,
    I have twins—a boy and a girl—that are approaching puberty. I want to make sure I
    prepare them for events that will come. What is the typical age of menarche? Do boys
    have a similar pivotal event? What is important for them to know about the
    transformation of puberty? I remember when I was experienced puberty I felt
    embarrassed, moody, and afraid. I want to make it easier for them.
