Situation:
You are one of the members of a group of nursing students who are conducting a study entitled,
“Performance Ability of IDC Student Nurses in Assisting in Major Surgeries”. The chosen respondents
are the 3rd and 4th year students of IDC- College of Nursing who are currently enrolled this 1 st semester
(SY 2020-2021). Over all, there are 94 students, 49 are from the 3 rd year and 45 from the 4th year. They
were classified according to age, sex and year level. When classified according to age, 14 of the students
are older and 35 are younger in the third year while in the 4 th year, 11 students are older and 34
younger. When classified according to their sex, the 3 rd year have 9 males and 40 females while the 4th
year have 11 males and 34 females.
