A seaman’s life

A seaman’s life is rough, tough

Fear on the sea nor the land,

Fearest most when not in your homeland.

But a seaman’s bravery can withstand

It is true your life will be joyful,

But aside of it, it’s full of works and sorrowful.

Day to night never ending,

Remembering the day you are with your family.

Life at sea is so hard,

You almost see the ocean about thousands yard.

A work aboard has no stoppage,

Just only to make sure your child goes until college.

The life of seaman is not bad ome says,

It just only to earn money, for the future face.

Through few months away from your family it takes,

We must embrace a seaman’s life in grace.
