Job Purpose
The Marketing and Corporate Sales Manager will lead a team that seeks to optimise the airport’s brand
and image in line with a defined strategy; the person will focus on both development and operations,
release of promotional communications (e.g. advertising, website, social media and press releases)
Accountabilities
Strategic accountabilities
Preparation of detailed marketing, branding, public relations, communications and events strategy for
upstream approval.
Operational accountabilities
Lead, manage and direct the work of the marketing department to ensure that KPIs are met.
Conduct market research and analysis; establish data management and tracking systems to improve the
hospital’s marketing and PR efforts.
Provide inputs to the creation of an airport loyalty program and associated partnering.
Provide direction in the development, implementation and monitoring of the strategic marketing and
internally across the hospital externally.
Encourage a culture of knowledge transfer up and downstream and across verticals as well as intra-group.
To be focused in assisting management consistency in achieving the corporate vision, adhering to the
identified mission and corporate values.
