FINANCIAL REGULATION

Registrations at EFSR School require unconditional compliance with the current rules of financial
regulation. These fares are likely to be modified for 2020-2021 school year.

2. Annual registration fees

For each enrolled child, an annual registration fee of $ 250 for nursery school and $ 290 for elementary to
high school must be paid. They are 750 US $ for a first registration, except for nursery school which costs
550 US $. These registration fees are not refundable.
For middle and high school, additional registration fees to CNED are expected, 990 US $ for middle school
and 1100US $ for high school.

3. Registration fees for CNED

Middle and high school registration fees correspond to registration with the CNED via the EFSR
(see the CNED registration form for more information). In the case, parents have already registered their
child (ren) at the CNED, a school registration fee of US $ 750 or US $ 290 will be due.

4. Compulsory school insurance

The EFSR will provide school insurance for all families who can’t provide civil liability insurance for their
child(ren).
School insurance covers personal injury and property damage caused by the child during school time and
after school activities (AES in French). Personal attestations and details of the insurance policy are available
upon request.

5. Discount for families

The amount of the discount is: 100 US $ per trimester for the 2nd child enrolled, 150 US $ per trimester for
the 3rd child enrolled and 200 US $ per trimester from the 4th child enrolled.

6. Payment conditions of the school fees

Trimestrial payments: payment of tuition must be made before the start of trimester or annually.
Payment is by check or bank transfer only.

• Re-enrollment / registration: From April 11 to May 31, 2019, at the end of this date, registration is not
guaranteed by the school. In case of difficulty to meet this deadline, parents are asked to contact the
management in advance.

• Schooling trimester 1: from June 1st to August 31st 2019

• Schooling trimester 2: from November 15 to December 15, 2019
• Schooling trimester 3: from March 1st to March 31st

For an annual payment: payment must be made between September 1st and 30th

Important:
• The registration of a pupil is taken into account only after payment of registration fees.
• Children for whom tuition fees have not been paid by the due dates may be refused entry until their
situation is resolved.
• In case of occasional financial difficulties, families are invited to inform the Director and the Board of
Directors as soon as possible by e-mail.

8. Arrival mid trimester

In case of a student arrival during a running trimester, tuition fees will be prorated according to the
number of weeks remaining in relation to the total number of weeks worked during the school year.

9. Departure during the school year and temporary absence

Any trimester begun is due in full. No refund will be granted in case of early departure. In addition, no
discount or reduction will be granted in case of temporary absence during a trimester.

1st trimester: from the 1st September 2019 to the 31st of December 2019
2nd trimester: from the 1st January 2020 to 31st March 2020
3rd trimester: from 1st April 2020 to 30th June 2020
