Tuition Refund Insurance

Tuition Refund Insurance is required of all families who pay tuition with a payment plan and is not included in the all-
inclusive tuition. Tuition Refund Insurance is not required for families who pay tuition in full, however, we encourage
all families to purchase insurance. For more information, download our tuition insurance brochure.

Financial Aid
To apply for financial assistance please visit our website. Application deadline is March 1. Junior Kindergarten does not
qualify for Financial Aid. Financial aid is through our FACTS system.

Extension Policy
For course extensions requests, approval will be based on the nature of the extenuating circumstances, related
documentation provided, and previous work in the course. In addition, there will be an extension fee of $865/student
for 1-2 weeks extension and $1575/student for 2-4 weeks extension.

Refund Policy
Cancellations, refunds and reimbursements are handled directly by the tuition insurance carrier. All fees and deposits are
not refundable for any reason.

Payment Plan Options

Plan A: One payment plan due July 1
Plan B: Bi-annual payment plan due July 1 and January 1 ($215 set up fee)
Plan C: 11 Month payment plan due the 1st of each month July 1-May 1($315.00 set up fee).
Return Payment Fees: 1st = $30.00, 2nd = $35.00
