Parents may change plan at any time with no additional cost

Tyndale families.

For Students in Year 12, the annual School Fees must be paid over the first three Terms unless a
payment plan is in place.

Please note that the school uses a debt collection agency to follow up unpaid school fees and
there may be additional costs added to your account if we need to refer your account to them for

After Term 3 in Prep, at least one full term’s written notification is required prior to the withdrawal
of a student. Where insufficient notification is given the equivalent of one term’s tuition fees will be
payable. Parents are reminded that this also applies to students withdrawing at the end of the year
and written notice must be provided by the end of Term 3. The Parents agree that this amount is a
genuine and fair estimate by the School of the loss that it would suffer as a consequence of
Withdrawal
insufficient notice of termination of their child/ren’s enrolment.

For example, a family wishing to cease enrolment from the start of Term 1 in 2024 would need to
have given notice no later than the start of Term 4 in 2023 to avoid being invoiced for the whole of
the fees payable for Term 1 in 2024.

All students are required to wear uniforms which can be purchased from the school uniform shop.
Uniform purchases, excepting the set uniform packs, cannot be added to the family account. The
Uniforms uniform pack is designed for new students to the school and includes the required summer, winter
and sports uniform and school bag.

This charge includes study guides and workbooks, text books which are not available for hire,
paper based learning materials, educational software licensing, technology expenses related to the
Educational set-up, repair and maintenance of internet and web based communications and student accident
insurance.
Expense
In Secondary School this charge does not cover general stationery consumables such as lecture
Charge
pads, exercise books, pens and pencils. General stationery lists are published for Year 7 to Year 12
and are available on‐line or from the school.
