Good morning Iliana,

As we had discussed before, we have to gather our team to talk about the Quality
Design Review. We have a few important points we would like to discuss before we can
proceed with the new language application. We would like to update our FMEA (Failure Mode
and Effect Analysis) and take a look at our lessons learned to make sure we do everything
right. We also have to inform Maintenance and IT services about our project so they can give
us some advice and tell us if its worth the risk or not. I’m really excited about this project,
really hope it works since it would have a really great impact in our society and the entire
world.
 I will set up a meeting on Thursday at 3:00pm central Mexico time, should be Friday
morning for you, to talk about this matter, hope to see you soon.
