can anyone please explain me the steps to download or save the appraisal document in PDF format or any format

and also is it HCM or I'll need abap or basis consultant ??

It's available to save and transport. In this case you can download the category in PC (your drive) and after that upload in the target system.

but my question is to download the document after the employees / managers ll it in the portal ESS

cause in our business the employees login ESS then ll the appraisal document rst then the their managers ll it again after them

so I need to let them to download it through ESS after lling to keep it in their drivers
