This module captures the Order Number, Currency & Amount and registers the
transaction on MasterCard Payment gateway for payment collection.
The user proceeds to fill other field and clicks proceed to XpressPay to enter card
payment details.
The customer enters payment payment details and clicks on pay now to complete
payment. The system will returns payment status as below on successful
transactions
The solution was developed in 2020 for SCINTL Ltd for collecting online
payments through the orient bank’s express pay system and local mobile money
collection for MTN & AirTel uganda.

5. INVESTMENT SUMMARY
Commercial Terms
1. For additional functionality, shall be implemented at a fee agreeable to Zbyte
Technology (U) Limited and Scintl Ltd.
2. Implementation includes;
• Installation and configuration
• Standard customization
• Parameterization
• Training of users, system admin and managers
• User Acceptance Test
• Go-Live
The services will include guaranteed response times for critical and non-critical
errors encountered as defined in the technical proposal. The maintenance
contract will exclude any travelling, accommodation, allowances and food costs
incurred for handling the support call. Zbyte Technology (U) Limited will offer
guaranteed response times to any software support call within the timeframes that
will be discussed.
The maintenance contract will ensure that all software errors are promptly fixed
and any training, further customization on the software is charged at a discounted
rate from the normal Zbyte Technology (U) Limited rates. The software
maintenance contract will also ensure that an upgrade path for the software is
maintained for the duration of the contract.
Installation
The application software will be supplied, installed and commissioned at the
client’s premises.
Warranty
All software will be warranted for a period of 12 Month from the date of successful
UAT at the main office/branch and before go-live/parallel runs commence. After
which a maintenance contract will be applicable for the particular site.
Entire liability during the warranty period will be repair or upgrade of the software
product. Any upgraded software will be warranted for the remainder of the original
warranty period. The Warranty will be void if failure of the software has resulted
from accident, abuse, misapplication, hardware, network or environmental failure.
Acceptance Testing
Testing the delivered system will be a critical process. It will be the responsibility
of the customer to provide Zbyte Technology (U) Limited with the entry and exit
criteria for testing the delivered application.
Zbyte Technology (U) Ltd will submit a draft test plan for the testing of all the
modules delivered. It will be the duty of the customer to further refine this plan
and test the system.
Zbyte Technology (U) Ltd will rectify all critical errors reported prior to handover of
the software to the customer. Any enhancements and mid-level change requests
will be pushed to the next version of the software.
Zbyte Technology (U) Ltd will play more of an advisory role in preparation of
system test plans but will actively participate in the rectification of software errors
arising out of execution of test plans.
Query Resolution
A query resolution procedure will require to be set-up. During the project, Zbyte
Technology (U) Limited consultants may raise queries that would require
immediate response from the customer in order to resolve any raised
issues/errors. The turnaround time for such responses is very critical to managing
the effort/time required to close the issues raised on the project.
Zbyte Technology (U) Limited and the customer will decide on one-point contact
for all query resolutions. The effective duration of the project may be delayed if the
queries are not resolved in the specified time.
The procedure for request for query resolution, turnaround time is suggested at 1
working day for simple queries and 2 working days for complex queries+.
