Terms and Conditions: 

1. The Annual Maintenance Fee for Utility Management System is charged every contract anniversary, i.e., the day the
client signed the proposal. Said fee is equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total contract price.
a. Inclusions:
i. 8/5 remote support for all technical issues
ii. Software upgrades and updates
iii. Automation and proactive support tools such as remote support platform

2. 1 year Annual Maintenance fee shall be payable in advance and shall commence upon acceptance of the software.
3. Hands-on training requires availability of computers for each user, arrangements for such will be the responsibility of
the customer.
4. Additional charges may apply on top of the billing.
a. One – Time Implementation and Setup fee of 20% of the total contract price
b. *MAJOR revisions: Changes after signing of contract requested by the client
i. Major = new component, new function, new feature, change in function, new computation
ii. Minor = report and viewing changes (FREE).
5. The above mentioned rate is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
