VISION
A Room Rental System will provide the Information about
Rooms/Flats/Houses which is available for rent.

MISSION
Room Rental System application will make easy to find the
location of rooms/flats/houses & the cost of the rooms.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES


This application will be able to show the rooms/flats/houses
with a particular area selected by user.

It is organized to:

1. The safety and security of the tenants, landlord, neighbors, visitors,


etc. are at risk, and it is the legal and moral responsibility to
minimize this risk.
2. Unauthorized tenant with malicious intent can permanently damage
the organization's reputation, finances, and ability to obtain
insurance at affordable rates.

The Room Management is currently implementing Manual Operating
Procedures with the following flow charts:

ABSTRACT

This Project Proposal discusses the Information System (IS) strategic

planning for the Room Rental System. Its purpose is to improve the security

and store data through automation.

INTRODUCTION
A Room Rental System will provide the Information about
Rooms/Flats/Houses which is available for rent. Room Rental System
application will make easy to find the location of rooms/flats/houses & the
cost of the rooms. This application will be able to show the
rooms/flats/houses with a particular area selected by user.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
 To develop a rental house management system that allows the user to
view customers‟ data as well as houses record. To develop a system that
allows the users to add, edit, search and delete data from the database.

GOALS
The safety and security of the tenants, landlord, neighbors, visitors, etc.
are at risk, and it is the legal and moral responsibility to minimize this
risk. Unauthorized tenant with malicious intent can permanently damage
the organization's reputation, finances, and ability to obtain insurance at
affordable rates. If you display that you are serious about security, they
will move on to the next potential target, leaving the property untouched.

BENEFITS OF THE ROOM RENTAL SYSTEM


Developing rental houses comes with many advantages especially to the

Landlords who are able to increase their profits through rent paid by the tenants.

Increased number of tenants and Landlords makes management difficult

especially for the landlords who are losing huge sum of money through tenants

who evade rent.

SCOPE OF WORK
 The scope of the study is restricted to tenants and room management.
 The study is limited to the New Era University, Philippines

PROJECT TEAM

The team for the project will be the deployment of the following Personnel:
a) Project Manager – the Project Manager will be handling all issues related to
transactions and communications including all analysis and implementation
issues,
b) Application Developers - the Application Developers shall make the actual
implementation of all codes for the software application,
c) Graphics Designer – the Graphics Designer will be responsible for the creation
of all front-end appearances of the system to make them very user-friendly. The
designer will be working closely with the Application Developers to ensure the
cohesiveness of the form and its functionality.

DURATION OF THE PROJECT

The development of the Room Rental System will be implemented

expeditiously based on the urgency established during the exploratory meeting

last month. The estimated time of project completion is ninety (90) days. We

are committing all the necessary resources to complete the module within your

desired deadline.

HARDWARE SPECIFICATIONS

The hardware requirements for the proposed Health Monitoring System are

the following:

1. One Computer will be handled by the admin/landlord.

ESTIMATED PROJECT COST

The estimated projected cost for the proposed Health Monitoring Application

System shall be Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00).

IT HARDWARE & SOFTWARE COSTS

The estimated cost for the hardware and software consisting of server,

computers, disaster recovery system, cabling and necessary equipment to

make system operational shall be Four Hundred Thousand Pesos

(P200,000.00).

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The payment shall be broken down as follows:

Ten percent (10%) - Down payment, due upon Signing of Contract

Eighty percent (80%) - Payable in three (3) Months

Ten percent (10%) - Retention, due thirty (30) days from delivery of the
Project
Revenue Allowance = 10%

Amortization = 3 years

Project Cost = P 250,000.00

IT Hardware and System Cost = P 200,000.00

TOTAL PROJECT COST = P 450,000.00

VALIDITY

This proposal is valid for a period of 30 days from submission and will be deemed
accepted upon receipt of an originally signed copy thereof. If this proposal
correctly states our agreement, please sign one of the original pages below and
return one of the duplicate originals to us at your earliest convenience.
