Since it’s a niche market it only focuses on a specific product which in this case is women driven
taxis. Therefore, their customer base is small compared to a mass market, therefore the
company “Pink ladies” can focus highly on their quality of service and engage more with their
customers. As a result, customers can propose improvements and suggestions for the service to
improve, consequently giving the service a good reputation and reviews
