preferences of potential and existing customers.

about their experiences while riding a taxi and some concerns they had during thr ride.

 Pink ladies is probably the first of its kind of being a women driven taxi service in the United
kingdom, therefore they have very little to no competition in their market.

 Since it’s a niche market it only focuses on a specific product which in this case is women driven
taxis. Therefore, their customer base is small compared to a mass market, therefore the
company “Pink ladies” can focus highly on their quality of service and engage more with their
customers. As a result, customers can propose improvements and suggestions for the service to
improve, consequently giving the service a good reputation and reviews
