your relationships with other can be affected with your parents,
friends or anyone else who is significant in our life.
Life is full of hassles, deadlines, frustration and demands. For
some people is so common it is a way of life. Stress can be very
harmful and or helpful. It could help you to motivate and meet the
deadline and perform a task under pressure. Stress can also be very
harmful, such as memory moodiness, aches and pains, eating more or
less. Stress also may cause or lead you to depression.
Identifying the causes of stress in your life is the first step in
effective stress management. After you've figured out what your
stressors are, you can take steps to reduce or avoid them. You can also
adopt healthy lifestyle habits and strategies to manage the effects of
stress. For example, eating a well-balanced diet, exercising regularly,
and getting enough sleep may help you feel more calm, focused, and
energized. Practicing relaxation techniques, such as rhythmic
breathing, meditation, or yoga, may also help relieve stress and
