Answers to the questions related to survey questionnaire-

1. Did you find it difficult to understand? Mention the statement/ question which
you find difficult to answer/understand?
The questionnaire is not difficult to understand, but there were some statements in the
likert scale questions which were irrelevant or had same meanings with different
wordings which I think could lead to confusion to the respondents. There were no
such questions which I genuinely found difficult to understand.

2. Did you find it not interesting?

No, that wasn’t the case. Indeed it was quite interesting as it includes very real aspects
of the beliefs and attitudes towards the consumption and non-consumption of the malt
based health drinks.

3. Did you find any repetition of the question?

No, I did not find any repetition of the questions. But yes, there is a numbering
repetition in question number 4 which has been written as question number 3.

4. Did you find any irrelevant questions?

Yes, in one likert scale question which is regarding benefits of malt based health
drinks. There is a statement given as “consuming malt based health drink is fun”. I did
find this one as an irrelevant as before this statement there is a sentence which says
“consuming malt based health drink is enjoyable”. So, I think enjoyable is somewhat
relevant unlike fun.
Secondly, in the third likert scale question, there is a sentence which goes like “It
would be the right thing to choose malt based health drinks”. I found this too as
something not correct to be used here.

5. Was the questionnaire format easy to understand?

Yes, the format of the questionnaire was quite easy to be understood if read well.

6. How much time did it take to complete the survey?

It took around 4-5 minutes to complete this survey in a genuine manner.

Suggestions-

 There is an extra row in the two likert scale questions which is simply written
as “row 6”. This must be removed.
 In the question which says that “On the whole, considering all the factors…”
the word “consume” is missing in the question.
 In the intention based question, “to” is missing in the last statement.
 In question number 5, the spelling of malt is incorrect.
