straight-shooting way of thinking is to get off your "ego pedestal."
This isn't a time for that now.
In a world that is increasingly becoming emotionally traumatized,
the "egos" of "man" need to be put aside for the sake of us all.
The simple, inexpensive, but workable strategies we came up with
include the following:
a) We will look at certain Superfoods packed with valuable nutri‐
ents to support and help build our immune system.
b) We will identify certain vitamins and minerals worth their
weight in gold and are vital components of a healthy functioning
immune system
c) We will check lifestyle co-factors that are essential for main‐
taining a robust immune system. Some of these are so obvious they
will make you smile with that "why didn't I think of that" moment.
d) We will look at the practice of homoeopathy and the expansive
growth in its use as a result of the COVID 19 virus pandemic. But
this time, with a dramatically different approach, where a govern‐
ment has published an article in a respected scientific journal. It even
mentions a specific homoeopathic remedy that might be used
prophylactically (preventatively to you and me).
Homoeopathy holds so much potential promise as part of the
portfolio of medicines of the 21st century. It has been for so long,
maligned and misunderstood. Maybe it's just that it was ahead of its
time!
e) Also mentioned is the research lead work carried out by
eminent homoeopaths. It was after studying the symptoms of
COVID 19 patients made available by the Chinese government
health department through the scientific community. These
homoeopaths were then able to carry out homoeopathic case studies
and then determine which homoeopathic remedies best fit the profile
of the different COVID 19 symptoms for both prophylactic uses and
if or when COVID 19 symptoms are showing.
f) Resonance Audio Technology – We then come to something
called resonance audio technology. Hear us out first!
We are so accustomed to taking pills and potions when we have a

health issue, but what if there was another "delivery" system available
that our body would recognize and act upon?
Well, in essence, this is what resonance audio technology is
claiming to achieve. Using a small audio file, in which the "remedy"
to be administered is placed.
The only thing the patient has to do is:

2. Listen to the audio file the prescribed number of times.
Resonance technology isn't new, but a trial for a COVID 19
support remedy is being started as this book is being written. This
promising technology, if used collaboratively, might bring together
the finest minds in this field to develop its potential and could be a
real "game-changer" and maybe even re-evaluate how we take medi‐
cines in the future.
A medicine delivery system on an audio file? Is there much to
lose? In the chapter on Resonance technology, all the information is
provided if you have an interest in getting involved with the trials.
Don’t forget that this technology would be holistically used alongside

CHAPTER ONE: OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM
Why is so little being said about ways we can all boost our
immune system?
Now the question becomes, isn't there anything else we can do?
Crazily, the "experts" say no!
We are now paying the price for the "hold" the pharmaceutical
industry has over just about everyone and everything: the medical
profession, the mainstream media, the politicians….
You won't hear any of them contradict the unspoken "gospel"
that no opinion has any merit except that of Big Pharma and its
many minions. Therefore, you will not hear from anyone in authority
that you should stop eating junk food because sugar depresses the
immune system.
You will not hear about any of the immune-enhancers and
natural antivirals that are out there and will help keep you safe. Imag‐
ine: if we knew about these things, we could have kept restaurants,
bars, Disneyland, colleges, and all the other things that are closed,
open!
The immune system resembles a dedicated agent looking out for our
lives and shielding us from the dangers around us. With Super Immu‐

Chapter Conclusion:

In China, the mortality rate is around 2.5% for Covid 19 but as
the diagnosis and awareness are improving, so is the management

and prognosis. Most people who are succumbing to this infection are
over 50 years of age or have some associated comorbidities (illness)
like asthma, COPD, diabetes, etc. For reasons that we do not under‐
stand yet, Covid 19 is usually NOT affecting children below the age
of 18 and the children who are getting infected are only developing a
mild flu-like illness.[ii] So parents of young children can reduce their
parental anxiety.
Chapter Conclusions:
How can you improve your immune system? All in all, your immune
system has the important task to protect you against all sorts of
diseases, viral and bacterial infections. Your immune system is a
complex network of cells, tissues, and organs. Together they help
your body fight infections and other diseases. When germs like
bacteria or viruses invade your body, they attack and multiply.
Nonetheless, in short, if a germ or bacteria attacks your immune
system effectively you would quickly get sick. Is it possible to avoid
this and boost our immune system? Considering that you can

Now, according to a study published in The Journal of Nutri‐
tional Biochemistry, the tannins present in the pomegranate fruit
have anticancer properties and induce apoptosis in damaged cells
(the death of tumour cells). Another study carried out at the Miguel
Hernández University concluded that pomegranate's polyphenol
content exceeds that of other products high in polyphenols, such as
green tea or blueberries. It has also been shown that its antioxidant
action is effective even against damage caused by X-rays.
Another thing worth mentioning is that polyphenols help reduce
the risk of diabetes and other metabolic and age-related diseases,
thanks to its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant action. Yet,
polyphenols are not only found in pomegranates. Berries, especially
blueberries, are also a powerhouse of polyphenols! They might not
be as high in polyphenols as pomegranates, but they certainly are
amongst the highest in the list, alongside green tea and leafy greens.

night, and if overall, you don’t go through a lot of stress and

Consuming calories indiscriminately, without bearing in mind the
importance of including disease nutrients — such as vitamins and
phytochemicals found in certain foods that have the capacity to
prompt the development of waste items in the cells, is truly disfavour
to your body.
If you eat ultra-processed foods, such as white bread, instant
noodles, chicken nuggets, and fast food, etc. but you don't add a side
dish containing healthy plant-derived micronutrients, such as vegeta‐
bles, your body won't be able to successfully remove the extra cell
waste from your organism.
Your diet should be balanced and must consist of whole nutri‐
tious food, containing vitamins, minerals and nutrients derived from
all the three macronutrients—fat, carbs, and protein. This variety of
nutrients allows our cells access to the raw materials they require for
normal function. The by-product of well-rounded nutrition is to slow
the ageing process and become less vulnerable to diseases and oxida‐
tive stress.
The latter being an imbalance of free radicals and antioxidants in
the body, which lead to cell and tissue damage as a natural role in the
ageing process. This oxidative stress can be slowed down by including
antioxidant-rich foods, such as leafy greens. Other types of antioxi‐
dants include the following:
high levels of sodium in the body that can also be harmful to your
cardiovascular health.
Moreover, fruits are stacked with fibre and the so-called resistant
starch, which keeps these foods' glycemic index (how quickly it can
raise your blood sugar levels) and caloric density low. Resistant starch
resembles fibre because it is resistant to assimilation and doesn't sepa‐
rate from glucose or other basic sugars.
Another fact that is worth mentioning about fruits and vegetables
is that they are powerful prebiotics. Prebiotics are plant fibres that act
as fertilizers that stimulate the growth of healthy bacteria within the
intestines. These are found in many fruits and vegetables, especially
those that contain complex carbohydrates, such as fibre and resistant
starch. They feed our gut bacteria, which helps boost the immune
system that protects us from diseases, bad bacteria and viruses,
besides from aiding digestion.
As you can see, fruits and vegetables are not just there to help you
lose weight or keep your belly flat, they can also improve your health
and provide you with more than vitamins, they provide you with
health and make you stronger and ready to fight any virus or any
bacteria that enters your organism. They are also important to keep
you young and healthy.
Good Carbohydrates
Unlike what many people think nowadays with the rise of ketogenic
and low carb diets, carbohydrates are not the enemy. In fact, they are
necessary since they provide us with energy and micronutrients, they
are also the only macronutrient that provides fibre, which is essential
to manage blood sugar levels and maintain stable energy levels
throughout the day. Especially if you are an athlete, carbohydrates
are necessary to perform both aerobic and anaerobic activities, such
as cardio and strength training.
On the other hand, if you want to lose weight, carbohydrates can
be a great ally, since healthy carbohydrates, such as vegetables are
high volume foods (they take up a lot of space in your stomach) but
also contain few calories, which will help you reach a caloric deficit
that will help you lose weight. And if you want to increase your
muscle mass you also need carbohydrates since they help provide
energy to the muscles and promote protein synthesis. In addition to
it, carbohydrates help save protein, meaning that the body uses
glycogen for energy rather than breaking down muscle tissue for
energy. Consuming carbohydrates as part of your pre-workout can
prevent muscle loss and help repair muscle tissue.
However, that does not mean all carbohydrates are great and will
help you thrive. There are some unhealthy sources of carbohydrates
you would be better without. If possible try to stay away from the
following: Artificial sweeteners, such as high-fructose corn syrup,
nectar, non-organic maple syrup, white flour and packaged products,
and even some organic juices that contain other ingredients other
than fruit or water.

Oils – Opt for healthy oils such as extra virgin olive oil as
an alternative to solid fats such as margarine. You can use
them in your salad dressings or for sautéing vegetables,
tofu, meat, poultry, and seafood.
Nuts – Aside from being a good source of fats for your
heart, nuts are also excellent sources of dietary fibre,
protein and different minerals and vitamins. Just make
sure to stick to your portions and choose unsalted choices.
A handful of nuts is a better option than chips and other
types of fried snacks.
Avocado – Avocadoes are not just rich in
monounsaturated fats, they are also packed with
potassium, fibre and vitamins E, C, and B6 and folate.
You can add this to your salad, soup, sandwiches, salsa,
and eggs. Avocado spread on toast is a healthy breakfast
choice to enjoy.
Peanut Butter – Almost half of peanut butter’s fat
content is monounsaturated fat. Just make sure to read the
label in order to choose a good quality peanut butter, it
should only contain peanuts, no salt, no sugar, no oils.
While the human body can produce cholesterol and other types
of fats, it cannot produce omega 3 fatty acids, which is why we need
to get them from our diet. This is why omega 3 fatty acids are often
referred to as “essential” fatty acids. However, there’s a long list of
healthy foods that are rich in omega 3 fats, such as salmon, trout,
mackerel, herring, sardines, and tuna. We can also find it in shellfish,
as well as in some vegetable sources such as avocados, soybean oil,
canola oil, and all types of nuts, almonds, cashews and seeds such as
flaxseed and chia seeds.
Your body can convert the ALA acquired from food into EPA and
DHA although this amount can be very limited. This is why you must
get your omegas from the foods you eat. Others may benefit from
taking supplements but this should only be done after talking with
your doctor or healthcare provider.

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Nine of them are
called "essential," meaning that the body cannot make them on its
own, so it needs to be obtained from the food. As noted before,
consuming complete proteins that contain all fundamental amino

acids, such as animal protein is good for the body, but it also causes
bigger increases in IGF-1 than plant-based protein sources.
Generally, individuals with higher intake of animal protein have a
higher plasma IGF-1 levels, as measured in the blood of 27 women,
after adjusting for caloric intake. Although it seems counterintuitive,
high levels of IGF-1 can be dangerous, as it makes the body prone to
getting tumours, growth of tumours, and acromegaly is a hormonal
disorder that develops when there's too much growth hormone
during adulthood.
Since animal protein and milk drove up IGF-1 to risky levels,
experts recommend a balanced diet lower in animal protein, to
obtain the best of both worlds.
Chapter Conclusions:
W e all know that when we eat food the nutrients from our food
are used by the body to carry out a multitude of functions
within our body, from repairing, rebuilding, even communicating
with different parts of the body.
It would be bizarre if the nutrients were only used on one half of
the body – it would make our body look deformed and poorly
nourished.
If you consider our body as being made up of four autonomous
bodies:-

3. Mental body
4. Spiritual body or “Soul”

Essential nutrients are compounds that the body can't make or can't

They're essential for disease anticipation, development, and great
well-being.
While there are numerous fundamental nutrients, they can be
broken into two classes: macronutrients and micronutrients.
Macronutrients are eaten in huge sums and incorporate the

water from the well, within a day of drinking the water, the dog had
as much vibrancy and energy as it had in its youth.
The news of what happened got out, and within months there
were lines of people waiting to get some of the water from the
