COMMITTEE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SAVIOUR

1. In the light of instructions of HQ 4 Corps on the subject, a board of offrs is composed as

under to proceed with the scheme of spread green, grow green and envmt saviour:-
a. President - Col Muhammad Amjad Khan (R), Dean Faculty of BS
b. Members - Suggested names are as under. However, President
may change the names:-
(1) Ms. Ayesha Kanwal, Senior Lec Bio Deptt
(2) Ms. Mauura Gohar, Senior Lec Bio Deptt
(3) Miss Wajeeha Hamid, Lec Bio Deptt

2. List of students for the subj purpose is also attached. The President/members may
add/delete/change the students as per requirement. The committee will be responsible to look
after all the issues pertaining to:-
a. Envmt saviour within cantt, DHAs and Askaris.
b. Within LGU Campus

3. In this connection a desk should be estb and meetings of the board shall be held to ensure
continuous and regular watch. To ensure implementation of the instrs of HQ 4 Corps, a proforma
be prepared and to proceed further in a meaningful manner, recommendations and reports on
fortnightly basis should reach Registrar Branch starting wef 19 Oct 2020. Copy of HQ Log 4
Corps ltr no. 900/17/RVF-Tree Plantation-SZA6IG dated 23 Sep 2020 pertaining to Sarsabz-O-
Shadab Pakistan – Evnmt Saviour is also enclosed for ready reference.
