1. The MAAP Research Circle (MRC) has always made it a priority to encourage
research-based projects that provide the midshipmen fleet the chance to express
objections, suggest solutions, and critically consider all available possibilities.

2. In line with this, we are delighted to inform you that two (2) research proposals
submitted by the BPSU-SIKAT TBI Research Team of MAAP Research Circle
successfully qualified for the BPSU-SIKAT Technology Business Incubator (TBI)’s
Spark Kagitingan Bootcamp.

3. With this, the undersigned midshipman would like to request from your good office an
approval of the Official Business Leave for the purpose of attending SPARK
KAGITINGAN TWO-DAY INTENSIVE BOOTCAMP AND PITCHING CONTEST hosted
by Bataan Peninsula State University SIKAT Technology Business Incubator at Bataan
Peninsula State University-Main Campus, Balanga, Bataan.

4. If approved, the said leave will commence at 0330H on 03 August 2023 and will
terminate at 2230H on 04 August 2023.

5. The participants below will be accompanied by Mrs. Regina Grace Aroc - Mendoza,
Faculty-In-Charge of the BPSU-SIKAT TBI Research Team together with one (1)
Kamaya Point member for news coverage and one (1) MAAP Productions member for
photo/video documentation.
