As part of the technical team of the project and as per inspection at the drainage system of
Gemsville Subdivision, I recommend to unclog and clean the drainage system so that there is
no flooding will occur on our site premises. As I have witnessed last December 8, 2020, on
my site inspection, the rain falls moderately, but the water from the upper part of the
subdivision go to the lower part which our project is located, and all the from the road did not
flow on the drainage canal, instead it overflows to the road. So I recommend to check, survey
and unclog all the debris that blocks our drainage system.
