make a reflection on how you may be able to enhance and Sustain calmness
and decisiveness for ourselves and for the sake of the learners amid the
adversity brought about by the current scenario.

Being a teacher in the new normal,enhancing and sustaining calmness and

decisiveness for the sake of the learners amid the adversity brought by this
current situation is our major key that we must possess. I must be not just a
good teacher but a great teacher, some of the characteristics that a great
teacher must be “focus on what is important,blowing up the box, giving
importance to every student” . Having this few characteristics will build a great
teacher that can battle not just this pandemic but most importantly to give our
learner the best education they must get.

2. As an educational leader, in what measures, you can be more innovative,

resilient, adaptive, and creative leading to the future of Education in spite of the
tremendous Challenges of Covid 19?

As an educational leader, or being a teacher in our community that we handle,

innovative ,resilient , adaptive and creative are the keys we need especially now
that we are experiencing this pandemic.
Being innovative, the use of technology is one of the main source that we need
to master, with the help of different application, reaching our student is not
that difficult to do.
Being a resilient leader/teacher, we must always think positive.Doing things
positively will lead also to positive result.
Adaptability and creativity must always be in both ways, I as a teacher must
adapt on this new normal and create a better way on how I can manage to
share the learnings for our learners and also with the aid of latest technology,
personal development is also one of the things we must consider.

Teaching and learning process has been dramatically altered by covid 19
pandemic where education is not exempted. Its impact is mind blowing .
Our Learning, Teaching and Enhancement Strategy articulates our commitment
to systematically improve the quality of our ways in which our students’
learning is supported and has been developed from the perspective that we seek
first to recognise good practice and then to share it both internally and
externally.

Adaptability and Flexibility - New normal has a big impact on every people
around the world. Education gained a tremendous impact on this pandemic.
But we as teachers, can do more than what is expected. Adapatbillity and
Flexibilty is one of the characteristic of a great teacher. With the help of
technology, learning is not impossible. We can reach out to all our stakeholders
on just one click . with this we can provide accessible and effective educational
services to the wider community
