1. Define stress and stress management.


For me, “stress” is something that makes me feel nervous and frustrated .
And on the other hand, stress help us rise to meet the challenges.

Stress management is a way or process on which it helps on how to properly handle stress.

2. What are the symptoms of stress based on your experience?


Some symptoms that I experience, lack of sleep and overthinking

3. What is the most stressful situation you had experienced /faced at work/home so far?
One of the most stressful situation that I experienced is when Im waiting for the LET result.
Honestly,I am confident that I will passed the exam,but waiting for the result is something that
you will think about until it comes out. From Sept 30 2018 up to the time the result comes out
by Dec 7 2019, that was the time my mind and heart relaxed.

4. What was the implication of it to your well being?


The implication while I was still waiting for the result, I could’t get enough sleep which resulted
to headache. Because I’ve heard on some applicants before that they repeated the exam
twice ,trice and even more ,and even the exam is difficult.

5. How did you handle it?

Preparation before the exam is one of the best way to handle this kind of incoming stress.
The stress of waiting for the result.

But even you are prepared for this kind of stress,still, prayers will help a lot.
