Office order:-

Under Resolution-2 taken from the above reading, the following candidate
selected by Gujarat Public Service Commission for the post of Lecturer in
Electronics and Communication Engineering Class-II at Government Polytechnic
in Gujarat Education Service Class-II has been given Rs. 15600-39100 (pay
band 3) Grade-Pay 5400 (Post graduate Rs. 6000 Grade Pay) by direct
recruitment on a probationary basis for a period of two years on the basis of
authority obtained from serial-1 at the place indicated in front of their name on
the following conditions.

Conditions:-

1. During the probationary period, the minimum salary in the pay scale of
the lecturer's place and other allowances payable thereon will be eligible
and the same salary will be paid during the probationary period and no
increase will be eligible.An increase in the normal rate will be eligible only
after the completion of the probationary period and appointment in place of
the lecturer on a regular basis.
2. If any leave other than casual leave is taken during the probationary
period, the probationary period shall be extended to the same extent as
the leave taken.
3. They will have to perform any duty assigned to them by the government in
the form of education and other types and they will be eligible to be
transferred anywhere in the state.
4. If their performance is not satisfactory during the probationary period, their
probationary service will be terminated during the probationary period or at
the end of the probationary period.
 5. A police report on their character and behavior has been obtained from the
said candidates in this office.While for the physical fitness medical
certificate, the candidate has to be sent to the concerned permanent
medical commission by the head of the concerned institution to get the
required certificate. This procedure must be completed within three months
from the date of appointment and must be reported to this office.
6. They will have to pass the Hindi or Gujarati language linguistic examination
prescribed by the government and applicable to them and any other such
examination as may be prescribed. If the language test is not passed
within the time limit stipulated in the departmental examination rules, the
subsequent increment will be withheld till they pass the examination.
7. The seniority of the candidate appearing on duty within the prescribed time
limit of 30 days shall be as per the order given by the Commission
8. Salary, leave, pension, conduct etc. Other service related and disciplinary
matters Terms of Service, Gujarat state Service (Conduct) Rules and
Gujarat state Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules etc. shall be subject to
the rules published by the Government and rules issued from time to time.
9. Before submitting the candidates to the place of appointment, whether the
provision of educational qualification and / or experience, age, citizenship
etc. satisfies the provisions as per the recruitment rules, it has to be
verified from the institution level and the original certificates have to be
verified.
10. Candidates who are appointed through direct recruitment should pass
C.C.C+ examination of computer skills by the order of General
Administration Department of the Government Declaration No. of: GAS -
2006-31-Katap - 102005-1519-k and C.C.C. exam of Computer Skills
applicable as per the relevant orders of the Government from time to time.
Those who do not pass the examination during the probationary period will
be allowed to extend the probationary period as per the rules. Even during
that time, if he does not pass the exam, his service will have to be
terminated. They can be returned to the service after passing the relevant
examination.
11. 11. The candidate has to read the above conditions, understand that
the appointment is acceptable and submit the affidavit to the principal of
the concerned institution while appearing in the job.
