1.

The teacher must build good relationships with her students based on mutual respect
and trust.

When I think about my philosophy as a teacher, my highest priority is I want to

build a good relationship with my students. I will make conversations with them on
subjects and issues that are important to them, and learn how they are feeling about
and experiencing the material that we are studying in our class. I want my own
classroom to be less of a class and more of a community, where we are all sharing
ideas and communicating and learning from one another at the same time. Since I’m a
BSED teacher mostly my students are teens, the maturity level of these students gives
them the ability to clearly articulate their own thoughts and feelings. Once this Goal is
achieve, Open, honest, communication and trust have been emphasize and put into
practice without giving to any hurtful words to the students.

2. Teacher must have an understanding mind

I believe that all learners are capable of learning. They all do not learn at the same rate,
but with different methods and strategies it is possible. They’re should not be thought
as mindless individuals just waiting to be filled with knowledge by their teachers but
should be viewed as individuals who can contribute to the classroom, sharing and
gaining knowledge from each other. . I want to give my students a freedom to be able to
express themselves. Students need guidance, acceptance, encouragement, and
recognition by their teachers regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, and capabilities.

3. My teaching strategies

As a teacher I need to use various methods/approaches in order to reach every student.

My role as the teacher will be to assist each child in developing their own potential and
learning styles. I will present a curriculum that will incorporate each different learning
style, as well as make the content relevant to the students' lives. I will incorporate
hands-on learning, group activities, projects, group activities and individual work that
engage and activate students learning. I believe presenting concepts of life with visual
and practical learning experiences; can help my students to understand how their
schooling applies in the real-world.
