5/ Price:

- Price currency: US Dollar

- Unit price: USD 495/MT as per DPU Singapore Port, Singapore, Incoterms 2020,
packing charges included.
- Loading, unloading costs, and any other surcharges arising from the contract,
whether at the loading or unloading ​charges ​shall be for ​Seller’s account​.
- Total price: Approximately USD 1,470,000.
(In words: About one million four hundred seventy thousand United States Dollars
only)
- By the time of delivery, if there is a downward or upward charge of more than 5% the
above price shall be mutually redefined. If the fluctuation is of less than 5%, the basic
price shall still be taken as final.
6/ Delivery: as per DPU Incoterms 2020
- Port of loading: Cat Lai Port, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Port of discharge: Singapore Port, Singapore.
- Time of shipment: No later than October 10th, 2020
- Seller should without delay inform Buyer by fax when the goods are unloaded. ​Buyer
should without delay inform Seller time and place of delivery. ​Within 48 hours prior to
the vessel's arrival, Seller should inform Buyer of details of shipment number, ETA.
Within 24 hours after loading of goods, Seller should inform Buyer of B/L date and
number.
- Partial shipment, transshipment and stale B/L are not acceptable.
7/ Payment:
- Payment is required to be made by irrevocable L/C at sight for 100% of Commercial
Invoice value, with US Dollar.
- The L/C is to be issued by HSBC Singapore, advised by Vietcombank’s Ho Chi Minh
City Branch, indicating the Seller as the beneficiary.
- The L/C must be opened no later than 20 days after the Contract date and shall not
expire until 30 days after the B/L date
- The Seller shall be fully paid at sight against the presentation of the following
documents:
+ At sight draft drawn on the issuing bank.
+ Full set (3/3) of original, clean B/L, clearly marked ​“At place unloaded”​, issued
to order of the issuing bank with the Buyer as the Notify Party.
+ 03 original signed commercial invoices;
+ 02 original Certificates of Quality, weight, packing issued by Vinacontrol
Company.
+ 02 original Certificates of Origin form D issued by Vietnam Chamber of
Commerce.
+ Certificate of fumigation issued by Vietnam Fumigation Company.
+ Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Plant Quarantine Subdepartment
Region II.
+ Certificate of vessel’s Vinacontrol Company cleanliness
