As entrepreneurs, we’re constantly pulled in different directions. We have tons of ideas – and we’re bombarded with even more
ideas from the outside every day. It can become overwhelming to figure out what we really need to focus on in our business to
give us the greatest enjoyment, the greatest profit and that’s easy to sell.
3 It has to be easy to deliver. How easy is it for you to perform whatever it is you’re doing to get money?
4 It has to be easy to sell. How easy is it for you to get people to pay you?
5 It has to be something you can keep doing. Is there a high sustainability factor that supports you doing it over time?
6 It has to be something you can replicate. Can someone else do it or can it be automated?
Use the worksheet on the next page to match up your deliverables to each of these six criteria
to discover what you should be focusing on for Your Best Pay Day.
Step 2: For each of the 6 criteria listed, score yourself on a scale of 1-5 in terms of how well each deliverable meets the criteria.
For example, if one of your deliverables is online courses and it’s a high net profit for you, you’ll rate this item a “5” under “Net Profit.”
If online courses are not easy for you to sell, however, you’ll give yourself a “2” in the “Ease of Sale” column. Circle your score for each
of the criteria below.
Step 3: Add up the total score for each deliverable (each row). The deliverable with the highest score will show you the #1 single most
profitable and rewarding thing you should be focusing on in your business. It will change your life!
