 Screeding 80% done

 The slab casting is 100% done
 Column boarding and casting 30% done

 Block work completed.
 Column boarding casting 45%
 Slab losing almost completed.

Lot 7 (60% to end of milestone 5)-

 Block work 100% done.
 Column boarding 100% done.
Lot 8-
 Plastering 90% done.
 Parapet wall 70% done.

Lot 9-
 Parapet wall 100% done.
 Screeding 95% done.
 Electrical review ongoing.
 Nogging ongoing.
 Roofing 90% and copping ongoing.

Lot 10-
 Screeding 95% done.
 Nogging 40% done.

Lot 11 (60% to end of milestone 4)-

 Slab casting completed.

Lot 13 (90% to end of milestone 5)-

 The block work is 100% done.
 Column casting is 100%.
 plumbing work 20%(1 basement flat)

Lot 14 (70% to end of milestone 4)-

 Plumbing and electrical work has been completed for the first two units.
 While the second two unites reinforcement, work completed.
 Electrical work completed.
 Casting in view.

Lot 15 (90% to end of milestone 5)-

 Block work above lintels are 50% done with all columns installed with casting 98%
completed.
Lot 16-
 Basement carpeting work ongoing.

FD 1-6 (70% to end of milestone 4)-

 Slab all casted.

FD 7 (50% to end of milestone 7)-

  The carpentry work is done.
 Roof beam ready for casting.

FD 8-
 Parapet wall in progress.

FD 9-
 Parapet wall in progress.
 Screeding (external) 70%.

FD 10-11 (70% to end of milestone 3)-

 The block to ground floor slab is 100% done.
 Column casting 98% done.

RETAINING WALLS-
 Retaining wall by the theme pack – carpeting work completed.
 Wall (along lot 10-13) casted.

Gate house (10% to end of milestone 7)-

 Gate house retain wall ready for casting.
 First unit slab work ready for casting.
 Block work around the gate house ongoing.

The Bridge-
 All bridge reinforcement wall completed.
 Retaining wall around it ongoing.
 Bridge casted.

General note:

Mile stone 1– foundation work to dpc .

Mile stone 2- ground floor slab casting
Mile Stone 2’- basement floor slab casting.
Mile stone 2”- floor slab above basement.
Mile stone 3- block work above ground floor slab level.
Mile stone 3’- stairs construction.
Mile stone 4- first floor slab construction.
Mile stone 5- block work to roof beam level.
Mile stone 6- roof construction.
Mile stone 7- roof beam casting and external wall details
Mile stone 8- plastering.
Mile stone 9- all external works, landscape inclusive.
Mile stone 10- screeding and painting were applicable.

Work done in October 2020

1. Lot 5, 6, and 7 slab casting is 100% done.

2. Block work for lot 5, 6, and 7 100% done.
3. Lot 9 parapet wall 100%.
4. Lot 11 slap casting 100%
5. Lot 13 column casting completed.
6. Lot 14 the second two unite reinforcement work, plumbing work and
electrical. work completed.
7. Lot 15 Block work 100% done column and lintel completed as well.
8. Gatehouse retaining wall ready for casting and the first unite slab ready for
casting.
9. All bridge reinforcement wall completed. Bridge casted.
10. Retaining wall by the theme pack carpentering work completed and casted and
retaining wall (lot13) casted.
