GRADE LEVEL Challenges Encountered
G 10 1. There are students didn’t submit their
module on time. They find them difficult
to solve by themselves. Due to limited
knowledge of their parents or busy
schedule, they can’t teach their children
about the lesson.
2. Students didn’t response
immediately to messages due to weak
or lack of internet connection, no load
and have part-time job.
3. Working students who are
discouraged to continue studying
4. Student had no outputs at all.
5. Students does not fully understand
the lesson or instruction on module.

Solutions/Interventions Done
We advise our student that if they have any
clarification related to the lesson and modules,
they should feel free to contact us via text or
messenger and I will explain them thoroughly.
We make sure to have constant communication
with the students and their parents. I made
follow ups by sending messages via text or
facebook /messenger and calling via phone.
We encouraged the parents and students to
continue the student’s studies. Considering
their situation, we give them ample time to
submit their work even beyond the schedule.
Call the attention of parents
The teacher made an FB Classroom where
they can post instructional videos about the
topic or lesson that will help them in answering
their activities in their module.
Insights Gained
Making the student to understand the
lesson is the top priority. Hence, we, as
teachers, always explain thoroughly the
lesson or module even via call, home
visit or any possible way.
Constant communication is the key for
better understanding. Hence, it is better
to always keep in touch with the
students and parents.
Every student has their own situation or
problem that may hinder their studies.
So, we must understand them and give
them some consideration.
The parents cannot focus on their
children because of their work.
Since most of the students has access
to FB they can easily watch the video
about the topic, and it helps them a lot
in answering their module.
Future Plan
Always make our line available for
any future queries or concern.
Always check student’s current
status.
Give them extension for submission
of their work considering their
situation.
Make a home visitation
Always review the instructional
videos to be uploaded so students
can easily understand the
instruction.
