• 2 1/2 c flour • 1 pkg JELL-O® Instant Pudding Mix*

• 1 tsp baking soda • 3 c baking chips*

• 14.5 oz cream-style corn • 1 can pinto beans, drained
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten • 1 pkg taco seasonings mix
• 1 1/2 cups enchilada sauce • 8 to 12 corn tortillas
• 8.5 oz corn muffin mix, (such as Jiffy) • 1 cup cup shredded cheese
• 2 cups taco cheese blend, shredded , divided • Sliced jalapeno peppers
• 3 cups shredded cooked chicken, from rotisserie chicken • 2 cans rotel tomatoes with green chiles drained
