Dear Sir,

Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has granted 'Term of reference' vide aforesaid letter dated
19.01.2017 for undertaking EIA-EMP study for the proposed expansion of Tummalapalle Uranium Project from
9.0 Lakh TPA to 13.5 Lakh TPA in YSR (Kadapa) District. Subsequently the validity of ToR has been extended up
to 18.01.2021 by MoEFCC vide letter No.J-11015/226/2016-IA.II(M) dated 25.11.2019 (Encl.1).

In line with ToR, a draft EIA-EMP report has been prepared by M/s. MECON Limited, a NABET approved
consultant. In compliance to the ToR condition public hearing is required for environmental clearance.

Therefore kindly find enclosed Twenty Copies (20) of draft EIA-EMP report along 20 Copies each of executive
summary in English and Telugu (Soft and Hard format) for your kind perusal.

It is requested for necessary action for conducting public hearing for the proposed project of a national interest.
Your earliest action in this regard would be highly appreciated.
