O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)
Roads, in his letter 2nd read above, Government after careful
examination of the matter hereby extend the powers delegated vide
G.O. 1st read above for further period up to January 2010 to the
Engineers of Roads & Buildings Department for taking up Temporary
restoration to the roads/bridges damaged due to heavy rains/cyclone
for free flow of traffic .

2. Government also order that while sanctioning relief works, the

District Collectors concerned, shall be consulted.

3. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Roads, shall take further necessary

action in the matter accordingly.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Fin. Dept. vide their
U.O.No.021137/894/A2/Expd. PWD/09, Dated: 27.08.2009.
