2 The Environmental Management Plans - submitted by NTPC has been examined. The
Ministry of Environment & Forests hereby accords Environmental Clearance of Rammam
Stage - III HEPP per the provisions of Environmental Impact Assessment Notification,
1994, subject to strict compliance of the terms and conditions as follows:-
