 Diversity Reflection

In my opinion, the range of diversity is very large and have different aspects of it.

The economic, the policy, the culture and so on. Nowadays, we live in the globe likes

a big country, everyone has a connection with people around them. We need to respect

everyone’s special advantages or different countries’ different culture. For example,

we can’t push the country which use chopsticks to use forks or knives. As we know,

America want to be the only country in this world, and it wants other countries to

follow its culture, however, this is a wrong thought for the diversity of culture. Like

the topic what our group talked about-----racial discrimination, sometimes I see the

news that black people are looked down upon by white people, someone even be

killed by them, it is cruel but that is the fact. I can understand that some culture or

customs may make people feel uncomfortable, that is why we need to change the side

we stand to understand others. Actually, we don’t need to change the way what we

like before, I have some suggestions for people who want to make a difference. First,

you can keep silent if you see something uncomfortable for you but it is normal for

other people. Second, it is useful to spend time when you are free learning more

knowledge, also, you can ask the people around you to improve yourself. All in all,

because of the diversity, the world can be more beautiful and peaceful.
