Instructions for using JTOG App- Short version

Thank you for using the Jefferson Teamwork Observation Guide application or the JTOG App.
This document includes information on:

1. How to download the JTOG App

2. How to register into the App
3. How to start a JTOG

How to download the JTOG App

Android: iOS:

 Open the Google Play Store app   Open the App Store app 
 Note: you can also go to play.google.com.   To browse the App Store, tap Apps (at the
 Search or browse for “JTOG”  bottom).
 To search for apps by name, tap Search (at the
 Look for this icon
 Tap Install. bottom), then type in “JTOG”
 Tap the app.
 Tap GET then tap INSTALL.
 If you have a compatible iPhone with Face ID
enabled, double-tap the Side button then look
at the screen to authenticate.
 If prompted, sign into the iTunes Store to
complete the install.

Once you download the App, the next step is to register.

How to register for the App:

1. Click on Register Here

2. Fill in the information and click on done

NOTE: Please use the email format as shown below:

campuskey@students.jefferson.edu

The #1 user error during registration is entering the wrong email

format. Please make sure you use your
campuskey@students.jefferson.edu email format.

3. You should now receive a verification code in your inbox.

Note: If your email address was not registered in the system, you
will get a notification that says that “your request to register has
been sent for approval”.

If you receive this notification, first please make sure you used
the correct email format (see above). Once you verify your email
address and if you still have issues, please contact
jasmine.lama@jefferson.edu.

4. Enter the verification code and create your password.

Click on Continue.

Congratulations! You have successfully registered your account.

5. Fill your demographic information and your role:

Once your account is set, you will be asked to enter your

demographic information.

This should not take more than 1-2 mins of your time.

Please complete this step to continue.

You are now set to start!

Next step—fill out the JTOG!
Instructions for using JTOG App- Short version

How to start a new JTOG

1. Click on “START A NEW JTOG”
2. Then select what JTOG you’d like to complete today:
a. Individual
b. Team
c. Patient
d. Support Person

3. Select the Care Team you wish to evaluate.

For Volume Testing, select the following:

a. Care Team: Select Educational Program
b. Educational Program: <Enter Program Name>
(Note: this item will auto-filter to only display the
programs in which you are enrolled).
c. Date and Time of Session: Select from options
(Note: this item will auto-filter to display only the
sessions of which you are a part).
d. Team Number: Select from options (Note: this item
will auto-filter to display only the team of which
you are a part).

You have successfully selected the JTOG you’d like to complete and the team you’d like to assess.
Please read the instructions and continue.
Once you complete your JTOG, you can check your scores on the Reporting (bottom left) tab.

Note: If you close out a JTOG in the middle of responding, it should appear in your homepage under “pending”.
