The whole open at 65%, remaining closed by cylpebs.
Some Media found attached in between shell liner and diaphragm liner where liner worn out, no coating found on shell liners.
Slots mosltly closed by cylpebs on the outer diaphragm liner up to 70%
Center screen Slots open to 85%, deformed due to wear.

Balls mixed with cylpeds which shifted from chamber 3 through gaps between outer and inner dia phragm liner and broken slots
