Bladeless fan
We have 4 partners. Our Capital is 20 lakhs. 5 lacks each. Our target customers in higher middle
class to high class people.

A "bladeless" fan blows air from a ring with no external blades. Its blades are hidden in its base.
It was invented by a Japanese company in 1981. Dyson claims that its bladeless fans (U.S. Patent
8,454,322) produce a more constant airflow than traditional fans.

The air is drawn in by a fan in the base and then directed up into a ring. It comes out of a crack
all around the ring and passes over a shape like that of an aircraft wing. Industrial designer Sir
James Dyson named his fan the Air Multiplier.

Dyson sued Chinese companies because they began selling bladeless fans for much less than
Dyson. The Chinese responded that Dyson cannot patent an invention that has already been
invented, that Toshiba invented the fan in 1981 and its patent expired after 20 years.

Our Main Office is in Gulshan-2. We have 2 brunches. One is in Gulshan-1 and other one is in
Dhamondi. Our factory is in Gazipur.
We bought our product's main parts from china and we join all the parts in a machine which also
have been bought from china. We have a group engineers and some worker to keep the
maintenance of our machine.

We are selling regular n normal design fans in 8000 to 10000. We also take order designs from
our customers and make it like how the wanted to. It will cost them by based on their designs. It
cost us 6000 to 7000 to make each fan. So as a new product, we are making profit 1000 to 3000.
Our monthly profit will be calculated by based on our selling.

We have 3 managers one for companies’ management, one for financial management and one for
employee management. Without that we have 30 more workers.

In every organization they have their own strength, weakness, advantages and threats.

Our big strength is our main office in Gulshan-2. Because it is very busy and popular place in
Dhaka city so many people will get to know about our product. Weakness is our targeted
consumers will be higher middle class people n higher class people. Our consumers can be taken
by other competitive products. Our main advantage is there is no risk using a bladeless fan cause
it has no fan wings. So, it will cause no harm. Threat is as it is our new product in Bangladesh it
will take time to cope with our countries climate.
