As aspiring to be a manager one of Interior Design Company, one of the factors that I should
focus on SWOT analysis of my company named Lamabreah Interiors. A SWOT is a well-known strategic
approach for planning. It is mainly used to help a company or a person identify its strengths,
opportunities, weaknesses, and threats that are related to project planning or for every business
competition. This kind of written or oral detailed report is very useful to any business to understand and
know the areas where it has an advantage and the opportunities and threats that are present in the chosen
business. This report can help transform threats into opportunities for Lamabreah Interiors that can lead to
improved efficiency which contributes to increase in business profits of Lamabreah Interiors. The
