SUMMARY

This person in this position is responsible to manage projects from start to finish to ensure high
quality, innovative and functional design. Identifying complex problems and reviewing related
information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Using logic and reasoning
to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to
problems. Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision
technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Knowledge of principles and processes for
providing clients and personal services. This includes client needs assessment, meeting quality
standards for services, and evaluation of their satisfaction.

SCOPE AND IMPAC OF JOB

Supervisory responbillities (direct and indirect)
1. The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve
solving the problem, only recognizing that there is a problem.other
2. The ability to imagine how something will look after it is moved around or when its parts are
moved or rearranged.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Related word experience
8 years experience in Architectural and Construction service.
Formal education or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance or work equivalent experience.

Must have strong organizational dan persuasive skill, must have excellent verbal and written
communication skill.
