Automatic Releases for Preaction and Deluge Sprinkler Systems

The function of these releases is to open water valves automatically via FM Approved fire detection devices.
Release control panels FM Approved for deluge and preaction sprinkler systems are compatible with the specified solenoid-operated
valves, have standby power supplies capable of providing the required 90-hour system operation should primary power fail, and fire
detection circuitry capable of operation during open circuit fault condition.

EST3 Fire Panel

Automatic Release. EST3 Fire Panel (see listing under LOCAL PROTECTIVE SIGNALING). Programmable control. Release
circuits are via SIGA-REL releasing module. Used with model RELA-EOL polarized end of line resistor. For deluge and preaction
sprinkler system release, compatible solenoid valves include Skinner solenoid valve Model LV2LBX25; ASCO solenoid valves Model
T821A107, R821A107, 821A107 and 8210G207; Skinner solenoid valves Model 73218BN4UNLVNOC111C2,
73212BN4TNLVNOC322C2, and 71395SN2ENJ1NOH111C2. For FM Approved combinations of solenoid and water control valves
refer to AUTOMATIC WATER CONTROL VALVES. Standby batteries are available in 65 AH capacity to provide the required 90
hours of standby operation.
