1. As an applicant, what do you think are the advantages of a face-to-face interview?


As an applicant, there are many advantages of a face-to-face interview, such as the use
of visual aids and the detention of social cues and body language. Also, with this type
of interview, the interviewer can gain deeper insight to specific answers by treating the
questionnaire like a meaningful discussion and deducting the validity of each response.

2. Discuss why is it important to dress properly during a face-to-face interview.


Dressing in the right attire for an interview shows that you’re serious about the job,
respectful of the interviewer’s time, and are genuinely interested in the position. It also
demonstrates an understanding of the corporate culture, and showcases you as
someone who would fit easily into the workplace dynamic.
It could also increase your confidence, putting you in a work frame of mind.
