1 ½ tsp yeast

150 ml milk

4 tbsp sugar

Mix and set aside

In a bowl, combine 2 ½ cups APF 1/3 cup powdered milk, ¾ tsp salt

Pour in the yeast mixture and combine

Add 2 eggs. Mix the dough

Flour the surface

Add 4 tbsp butter

Knead for 8-10 mins

Transfer to a lightly greased bowl

Let it rise for 1 hour

Punch down the dough

Divide into 16 pieces

Flatten dough to a rectangular shape

Place a slice of cheese then roll

Pinch sides to seal

Cover and let it rise for 1 hour

Brush with milk before baking

Bake at 340f for 18-20 minutes


Brush tops with softened butter

Sprinkle with sugar
