Focus of the topic of interest

This topic will take about the importance of being fit and having a
healthy living especially in this time of pandemic and on how to
achieve it.

Purpose of the research

This study will be all about health, the important of being fit and
healthy and on how to achieve a healthy body. In this time of
pandemic, it is so important to have and maintain a good health
together with being fit. This research must discuss the importance
and the benefits of having a healthy body.
