3. Can you start a question with have or has?

5. How can you say something is NOT necessary? Don’t have to
6. How can you say something is NOT possible? Can not/ can’t

When asked a question you answer with Yes he does, or yes he can

Eg: Does he have to write an essay

Yes he does

Eg: Can he get married when he’s 16

No he can’t

You can use have and can to talk about the present and future.
