How To Make A Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients :
1.) 85 gram wheat flour
2.) 150 gram sugar
3.) 35 gram chocolate powder
4.) 4 item egg
5.) 120 gram margarine
6.) 150 gram dcc (dark cooking chocolate)
7.) One teaspoon vanili powder
8.) One tablespoon cake emulsifier
9.) One teaspoon baking powder
10.) 60 ml chocolate condensed milk

Tools :
1.) Mixer
2.) Baking sheet
3.) Pan
4.) Steaming pan
5.) Spatula
6.) Basin
Step :

1.) First, dilute margarine and dcc chocolate, after


melting lift the mixture and cool for a while.
2.) Put the eggs, sugar, cake emulsifier, vanili powder,
into the mixer strat with a low speed, increase the
speed of the mixer until the mixer expands and white
colour.
3.) Mix baking powder, flour, chocolate powder, into a
basin, then put in a mixer.
4.) Next, turn off the mixer, stir the mixture using spatula
until smooth.
5.) Then, put melted chocolate with margarine, stir until
smooth.
6.) Next, take some batter to make a layer in the middle
brownies. Put 60 ml chocolate condensed milk to mix
until smooth. Put half the mixture into the pan, steam
for 10 minutes over medium heat. After 10 minutes
lift the mixture.
7.) Then, put mixture that has been mixed with chocolate
condensed milk. Steam again for 10 minutes. After 10
minutes, remove the mixture. Put the remaining
mixture, steam for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes,
chocolate brownies can be enjoyed.
