INFORMAL LETTER:
Name: Stephany Torres
Hi Susan
How are you doing? I am very happy to write to you in
these difficult times that we have had to live. I hope
everything is fine over there and let me tell you a little bit
about how covid -19 in my country has affected us and
how the routine has changed by this.

In Peru, unfortunately, it has affected several families

economically, since several people have been left without
work and several companies have closed completely,
informal work has increased in recent times since families
need money. The government is doing what it can to help
them.

Due to this disease, my daily routine is not to leave the

house and I do my university classes here, sometimes I try
to go for a walk with my dog and visit my grandparents or
help my mother with her business in the afternoons.

By the way let me also tell you that the best thing we can
do in this time is spend time with the family and be more
united than ever, also take care of ourselves, since we
don’t know until when this disease will be in our
environment.

Anyway, I should go help my mom in her store, I hope to

know more about you.
