According to my perspective Samir’s marketing strategy must follow S.M.A.R.T goal


framework to achieve successful business results. It should be specific, measurable, attainable,
relevant and time bound (S.M.A.R.T). One of the key objectives is to offer quality service to the
pet owners and make business animal centric. As customer enjoys pet activities, business shall
capitalize on that too like using different gears to entertain the pets as well groom them.

Interested audience can be targeted according to the different nature, work habits, timing as well
as demographics. Numbering and Statistics will play a crucial role based on the activity on social
media platform, number of pet owners. Targeted audience can be

- Single high income family busy with their work schedule living in dense city.
- Middle income family having 3 or more children unable to attend their pet living in
suburbs.
- Retired old aged couple living on pension having other busy part time activities staying
near green pastures.

demand of service or product increases. Implement SEO techniques and make sure its optimized
